To LONDON

The day had arrived to leave Paris and head for London for a short stay.

Everything went smoothly; we rang a taxi using an English speaking service and it arrived in a reasonable time.

We were headed to Gare du Nord to catch the Eurostar.

We had to fill in customs forms and go through security, then wait in a crowded lounge but not for too long.

We boarded the train and the journey was quick and smooth.

We were in London.
