Maine again

Today would see our return to USA.
We had breakfast in the library with the fire going although it was not too cold.
Fruit, a type of frittata and toast was breakfast with juice and coffee.
After that we said our goodbyes and left for the looooong day of driving to Bethel, Maine.
We bought some batteries to try to fix my flip video but they did not work so we continued on our way.
We had a short wait at the border but there were no problems today so we journeyed through Maine until Bangor where we stopped for lunch at a Bagel cafe, Bagel Delight.  The young guy serving was very pleasant.
After lunch we filled up the car and drove to an information centre.  The lady suggested we go on Route 2 which went straight to Bethel so we followed it.
We drove through some picturesque countryside as this route was not a freeway so we could see villages and towns.
We arrived at Bethel about 5pm and Lawrence showed us to Room 6, right near the front door.
Our bathroom window.

We walked up the street to a little restaurant for dinner. It was not crowded and quite pleasant.
Then we came home and used the computers although the wifi was not great.
It was soon time for bed.
The next day we would be heading for New Hampshire.
